The Hangman 757 (simply known as a Hangman) is a Warden Revolving Heavy Rifle. It uses .44 ammunition.
Description
The Hangman 757 is a Warden revolver primary weapon that uses .44 ammo, has very high damage (78-117 Light Kinetic), medium range (22.5m effective, 32.5m max), and a tiny 6-round magazine.
Its range is much shorter than other rifles but has nearly a 50% chance to down enemies in a single shot. It loses less stability while moving than other rifles and doesn't lose any if aiming while walking. It is pretty accurate at medium range but its heavy recoil forces the player to use a stable firing position if they want their follow-up shots to be accurate.
As a Heavy Rifle it slows the player's turn rate and reduces their sprint speed by 20%.
A Bayonet or Ospreay can be attached to the front.
The Soldier Uniform reduces the weight of this weapon by 25%.
It does not stack in the player's inventory (1 per slot).

Storage
It does not stack in structure or vehicle inventories (1 per slot).It can only be stored in the stockpile of Bases (32k max).
Crates of The Hangman 757 can be directly submitted to any item stockpile that accepts that item to transfer their content.The crates can also be stored in the crate stockpiles of Storage Depots (1000 public, 100 per Reserve Stockpile), Seaports (1000 public, 100 per Reserve Stockpile), Shipping Containers (60), or Storage Ships (1000).
It can be transported by almost any vehicle with inventory slots. However it is much more efficient to transport it in bulk amounts as crates, either delivering them to a Base's stockpile with a Truck or to a crate stockpile with shipping vehicles carrying Shipping Containers.
Tactics
It may be wise to carry more ammo into battle than with other rifles as players are much less likely to find additional .44 ammo on the battlefield than 7.62 ammo for other rifles. Consequently, users may need to be prepared to abandon the weapon and trade it out for another found one when their .44 ammo runs dry in the field.
Since .44 ammo stacks in every uniform, the Hangman can be a good choice for specialized uniforms like Medic Uniform.
Trivia
- The magazine portion of the rifle appears to be inspired by the Farquar-Hill Rifle, some of the development art showed the loading system being similar to the Blake rotary clip system.
