— In-game description |
The AP⧸RPG is a Colonial anti-tank projectile specially designed to be used against armored vehicles.
Uses
Specifications
It travels at a speed of 32 m/s and its trajectory is affected by gravity as represented by the slightly curved white line when aiming with the launcher firing it.
It explodes on contact or if it reaches the maximum range of the launcher firing it.
By default its explosion deals 550 Armour Piercing damage at its center and decreasing amounts in a 2m radius.
It's not very effective against most structures and awful against very resistant ones.
It is effective against armored vehicles, however it needs to penetrate the armor in order to deal its damage. Its damage type gives it a 50% bonus to its base penetration chance. It can disable their subsystems.
It is expensive and thus not cost-effective to use against infantry.
