Pistol
Pistols are small, secondary weapons designed to give the player a self-defense weapon in case they are not carrying a primary weapon. Useful for roles that use a different item in the primary slot, such as Medics and Combat Vehicle Crews.
Description
Pistols are short-range secondary weapons that use 8mm ammunition. They are useful for the increased mobility for players using heavy weapons, such as a Machine Gun or a Mortar, as well as roles that require the use of a non-offensive tool, such as Medics, or Combat Vehicle roles (tanks, etc.).
While some are produceable, a majority of them not, due to the pistol being one of the items that all players spawn with.
Production
Pistols can be produced either in a Factory or Mass Production Factory. Currently there is only one (1) pistol that can be produced, while the others come with the player whenever they spawn in.
The two pistols that cannot be produced:
- the Ferro 879 (only spawn in with Colonial players)
- the Ahti Model 2 (only spawn in with Warden players)
