This unique dual-barrelled RPG launcher can fire two RPG shells in relatively quick succession. This increase in firepower makes it nearly impossible for a single soldier to operate without the support of a sturdy mount
In-game description

The Cutler Foebreaker (a.k.a "Foebreaker") is a Warden Mounted RPG Launcher that can fire two RPGs in quick succession when mounted.

Description

The Cutler Foebreaker is Warden dual-shot RPG-launching Mounted Weapon. It can fire RPGs at a rate of 10.9 per minute, at 40m range (slightly more if on elevated position), and with perfect accuracy. The launcher is always perfectly stable. 2 RPGs can be loaded into its magazine and then fired in quick succession (2 in 1.5s). The RPGs fired travel at 32 m/s in a slightly downward trajectory (affected by gravity) and explodes on impact or automatically past the maximum range. They deal 524 Explosive damage at their center and decreasing amounts in a 1.75m radius.

As a mounted weapon it is a Large Item that must be carried on the shoulder. It can only be fired after being mounted on a deployed Tripod or certain vehicles. When mounted, its mount's inventory gains a dedicated ammo slot that can hold 10 RPGs. Its firing arc is limited to 90 degrees and depends on the mount's direction.

It is effective against both structures and armored vehicles, however it needs to penetrate the vehicle armor in order to deal its damage. It can disable Vehicle Subsystems.

Usage

Large Item Handling
It can be picked up from the ground with V and dropped on the ground with V (or Shift+V if another "V" interaction is available). It can be submitted to a structure/vehicle's stockpile or inventory with V or by clicking the "Submit Large Item" BtSubmitLargeItem.png button in their interface. It can be retrieved from a Material Pallet, Rooster - Tumblebox, or Storage Room by pressing V without having to open their interface.

Mounting
To mount it press B then aim at the desired mount and press LMB.

Press Q to operate/exit the gun (crouching might be required for low-height deployed tripods). To reload, a RPG needs to be either in the mount's inventory or in the shooter's backpack (priority for backpack if both).

To remove it from its mount, open up the mount's menu with E and click the "Pack Up" or "Detach Tripod Weapon" button BtDisassembleTripod.png in the bottom right. Once disassembled, the weapon and its ammo are dropped on the ground.

Aiming
At long ranges, aiming at the top of the target vehicle or structure helps compensate the slight projectile drop from gravity.

When targeting structures at short ranges, the player should not aim at their top or the projectile might fly over them. This is due to the weapon's actual aim point being above the player's cursor when it is placed on a structure's flat surface.

Cutler Foebreakers in Facility personal orders can be retrieved as reservable crates from a logistics vehicle with RMB > "Retrieve as crate" (5 per crate).

Mass Production Factory orders must have at least 3 crates.

Storage

It does not stack in inventories (1 per slot).
It can be stored in the stockpile of Bases (32k max) but also in Material Pallets (120), Material Transfer Stations (1000), Rooster - Tumblebox Trailer (32), Small Flatbed Car (100) or Storage Rooms (100).
Crates of Cutler Foebreaker can be directly submitted to any item stockpile that accepts that item to transfer their content. The crates can also be stored in the crate stockpiles of Storage Depots (1000 public, 100 per Reserve Stockpile), Seaports (1000 public, 100 per Reserve Stockpile), Shipping Containers (60), or Storage Ships (1000).

It can be transported by almost any vehicle with inventory slots, but is most commonly transported by Trucks, Small Flatbed Car, or shipping vehicles carrying Material Pallets. It can also be transported as crates, either delivering them to a Base's stockpile with a Truck or to a crate stockpile with shipping vehicles carrying Shipping Containers.

Tactics

Due to the additional equipment requirements needed for tripod weaponry, it needs to be mounted either on a tripod or a Half-Track in order to be fired. If it is on a tripod, the immobile nature requires it to be placed in relatively defensive positions, such as Trenches, or destroyed Garrisoned Houses.

For quicker deployments, it is recommended to have two players doing this, with one player carrying the tripod, and the other player carrying the Cutler Foebreaker.

Unlike its Colonial counterpart, the ISG, the Cutler Foebreaker excels at burst damage due to its twin barrels. It is recommended to reload both barrels before firing them in order to get maximum damage output. Unlike its counterpart, due to the slow moving nature of RPG projectiles, it might not be the best at quickly targeting enemy armored vehicles. Despite this minor drawback, the burst damage of a Cutler Foebreaker makes it possible to disable an AC, or at the very least, damage it enough that it is close to being disabled.
