A large shipping vessel, the Aquatipper is used to transport vehicles, equipment, and personnel over large bodies of water.

— In-game description
The BMS - Aquatipper (also known as a Barge) is a large, faction-neutral logistical Naval Vehicle with a deployable ramp. It is designed to be an all-purpose logistics vehicle, capable of moving cargo, equipment, and personnel to various locations.
Additionally, up to 6 soldiers can be on the Barge deck and move around. They can access the Barge's inventory. The Barge cannot move if there are more than 6 passengers, or if any of them is overencumbered. The passengers can vault out of the vehicle but only when it's not moving.
Items can be dropped on the deck and the ship can still move with dropped items on its deck. If not picked up for 5 minutes they are automatically submitted to the ship's inventory or deleted if no space is available.
One medium or large Shippable can be placed on the Barge
Must be loaded/offloaded with a Crane - the player must have access to the Barge
The shippable on the barge can't be unpackaged or interacted with at all. It's visible on the deck but is not really there, shooting it only damages the barge.
When the ramp is up, the vehicles on the barge cannot be entered and cannot use their weapons or special ability (e.g. Crane), but their inventory can still be accessed.
Deployable vehicles (e.g. Crane) cannot deploy on a Barge even when the ramp is lowered (prevents transport of Extra Large Shippable with a Crane on the Barge).
If you have trouble accessing the vehicle transported in the barge, due to space constraints, you can press Shift + E near the pole (back of barge) and select Enter Cargo Vehicle.
Can interact with most structures in proximity - press E or Shift + E
Can pull three times the normal amount from stockpiles - press Shift + LMB
It is automatically deleted after 36 hours if left unused.
It can carry up to 6 players, any more and the barge won't be able to move. It also won't move if one of the player is overencumbered. Players on the barge cannot fire heavy weapons (Machine Guns, Mortars, Anti-Tank Rifles, RPGs, etc...) unless the ramp is lowered.
with a Material Pallet, or Emplacement and 15 crates in its inventory to deliver supplies directly to the front as long as there's a place to dock and a crane at the destination.
to ambush enemy logistics (freighters, barges) deep in the enemy's backline rivers, using infantry on the deck armed with Anti-Tank Sticky Bombs.
to transport a recon or offensive vehicle to a beach deep in the enemy's backline to destroy and harass ground logistics. One barge can carry two Light Utility Vehicles for example.
to assault an enemy position on the coast. The barge is fairly resistant and although the infantry on deck can't use heavy weapons they can still throw all types of grenades and fire small arms.
to hunt enemy gunboats, using infantry with Sticky Bombs.
