This gargantuan beast is the brainchild of Gray Cullen. Once thought impossible, the Predator was Cullen’s idea of how a great ship might operate on land. It boasts two sets of quad-barrelled grenade launches and a heavy-duty 94.5mm forward facing cannon. While limitations of ground-based travel posed certain restrictions on the scope of the project, Cullen wasn’t deterred and made necessary adjustments to meet his vision of the ideal land ship.

— In-game description
The Cullen Predator Mk. III (also known as an SHT or Predator) is the late-game WardenSuper Tank. It is equipped with a high-velocity 94.5mm main cannon, and two quad grenade launchers.
High velocity barrel increases damage by 25% (2187 damage)
Inventory
It has 5 dedicated ammo slots which can hold 18 94.5mm shells, 60 Tremola Grenade GPb-1, 40 PT-815 Smoke Grenades, 20 Green Ash, 80 A3 Harpa Fragmentation Grenades, and 60 B2 Varsi Anti-Tank Grenade.
The Cullen Predator Mk. III has 12000 HP and is disabled under 50% health. It has "Heavy Armor" resistance: it can soak small arms fire, shrapnel, and 12.7mm machine guns, and it is immune to Flamethrowers. But heavy explosives and anti-tank weaponry are a real threat to it. It has subsystems that have a chance to be disabled by heavy explosives and anti-tank weaponry if hit specifically: Tracks: 20% (Anti-Tank Mines always disable them), Fuel Tank: 10%, Turret/Cannon: 15%, Second Turret/Cannon: 25%. It has Tank Armor. With it, in best case scenario, penetrating projectiles only have a 22% chance of penetrating and doing damage. That chance goes up quickly if the armor is worn or if it is shot from up close, or on the side or rear from a direct angle, or with ammo that has penetration bonuses. It takes 235 Basic Materials to fully repair it from 1% to 100% health with a Hammer. Its health, subsystems, and Tank Armor can be instantly repaired at a Garage for 100 Basic Materials.
It cannot be packaged or transported by another vehicle. As such, it must be driven to its destination, regardless of where it is.
Tactics
Super Tanks are currently the most expensive land vehicles in the game and take the longest time to produce. EXTREME protection is vital in making sure Super Tanks are produced and not destroyed by partisans. Due to its cost, it is highly recommended to have a Commander, or adequate protection from other tanks and infantry so it is protected at all times.
The Cullen Predator Mk. III is a fast moving Super Tank capable of doing massive damage to (and potentially outright destroying) armored vehicles. Due to 94.5mm being an AP round, it is more advantageous to target subsystems, like turrets and tracks.
Despite having anti-infantry capabilities with its quad-grenade launchers, armored vehicles and infantry should support it, as it will increase the survivability of the tank. Despite its armament and massive health pool, it will quickly die if not supported, just like any other tank.
Despite its massive size, the Predator is an incredible speedy vehicle, which make it capable of quickly leaving the battlefield if combat gets too overwhelming.
Standard Equipment Loadout
Like with every other armored vehicle, the crew should ALWAYS equip themselves with a Gas Mask and multiple Filters to avoid dying to Gas Grenades. Additionally, they should bring a Hammer and Basic Materials to repair the tank. These tactics can be buffed by wearing either a Tank Uniform or an Engineer Uniform.
Tips
Like all vehicles that use large shells, they can be quickly submitted into them without accessing their inventory
While this can be done for all vehicles, it should only be done if they can carry/use large items
Equip the shell and walk up to the vehicle
Submit the shell into the vehicle - pressV
Super Tanks are automatically deleted if left unused in the world for a week.
Trivia
Super Tanks were introduced in 1.50 Inferno, and are one of the most expensive vehicles in the game.
Despite its immense size, especially when compared to other vehicles, the Cullen Predator Mk. III is pretty fast, though this does come at a cost of an extremely bad turn rate.
Historical Reference
The design of the Cullen Predator Mk. III appears to be based on the french FCM 2C super heavy tank.
