The Light Tank (colloquially known as LT) is a class of small heavy-armoured tracked combat vehicles with 3 seats. Like other tanks, they trigger Anti-Tank Mines.

Trivia
- The first vehicles introduced into the game were Light Tanks, more specifically the Devitt Mk. III and the H-5 “Hatchet”.
- Originally, they were the exact same size as the current Medium Tanks (Assault Tanks and Cruiser Tanks), but were later downsized in Update 0.49.
- They were originally considered a Large Shippable, but in Update 1.54 ('Naval Warfare'), they were changed to Small Shippables in order for them to fit inside Landing Ships, which made them more flexible in Naval Landings (i.e. being able to bring tanks to a Naval Landing without the use of Barges).
