World Resource Mines are world structures that automatically produce raw resources when fueled. They requires less Player work than manually harvesting resources in a Resource Field but produces less resources in comparison.

Construction
Their locations are always visible on the map, they are randomized at the start of each war but they are picked from a fixed list of possible locations in the world. They start destroyed and must be rebuilt with a Construction Vehicle and Basic Materials in order to be used. You cannot build new mines.
Production
The mines need to be fueled with Diesel or Petrol to function. The mines' internal fuel tanks can hold 1000L of Diesel and 1000L of Petrol. If a mine is destroyed then all fuel inside it is lost.
The mines consumes 1L of fuel per cycle and produce a constant stream of resources into their stockpile, the resource type produced depends on the mine type. Using Petrol over Diesel increases the amount of resources produced per cycle ("High Efficiency" vs "Low Efficient" mode). The production rate can seem inconsistent due to the game not waiting for missed packets of information while playing (Interface Lag). If a mine has both types of fuel it will consume the petrol first.
By putting your cursor on a mine icon on the Map you can check the remaining fuel amount and contents of resources already collected. This is only possible if your faction owns the Region Zone where the mine is.
Since mines are neutral structures, both faction can use them no matter who rebuilds them.
Resource Collection
The resources produced can be retrieved by hand using Left Click. From the driver seat of a truck you can use Shift + Left Click to retrieve 3 stacks at a time.
Every World Resource Mine has an invisible loading area in front of it where a Resource Container can be deposited with a Crane to interact with the mine and transfer the resources from the mine's stockpile directly into the container. To find the exact spot, simply aim the crane's arm that's lifting the container near the front of the mine until your cursor becomes a gear symbol.
