Forward Base (also known as a FOB) refers to types of Bases where players can respawn (if they've set their spawn there and the base's stockpile has Soldier Supplies left) but not deploy to from the Home Region nor build Cranes and Construction Vehicles nearby, unlike Home Bases.
Respawning
Players can have one spawn set to a Forward Base and another to a Home Base.

Some Large Ships also acts as Forward Bases.
