Home Base
Home Base refers to all Base types where players can respawn (if they've set their spawn there and the base's stockpile has Soldier Supplies left), but also deploy to from Home Region and build Cranes and Construction Vehicles nearby.
Respawning
Players can have one spawn set to a Home Base, one to a Forward Base, and one to a Medical Base.
Deployment
Players can deploy at a Home Base but only if its Garrison Size isn't zero. Garrison Size and Garrison Activity of Home Bases can be checked by putting the mouse cursor on the base's icon on the map when in the world.
On the deployment menu, Home Bases that are valid deployment points appear as black diamonds whose size represents their Garrison Size.
Intel Update
Players can update their Map Intelligence by opening a Home Base's interface.
Vehicle Production
Players can build Cranes and Construction Vehicles next to Home Bases via the construction menu (

Home Bases List
Bunker Bases with the Deployment Point 
upgrade do not count as Home Bases and players cannot build Cranes and Construction Vehicles near them.
