A Catwalks Bridge is a player made structure used as raised walkways above Facilities.

Construction

Both ends of the structure must be built on Foundations, but not necessarily the rest. They are built with Processed Construction Materials. The Tier 2 Facility technology must be unlocked to build it.

Their length is adjustable, between 8 and 20 meters.

They automatically snap to other Catwalk Bridges, Catwalk Platforms and Catwalk Stairs, and vice versa. Hold Keyboard shift.png to disable it.

They are always in a straight line, to make turns you'll need to use a Catwalk Platform.

Use

The only real use for those raised walkways is to allow soldiers to pass above a Railway Track with a long train on it that would otherwise block the way.

The guardrail cannot be vaulted over.
