A Preplaced Railway Track is a world structure that exists around the world at strategic locations (near Seaports for example) and serve as tracks for large Trains.
They are invulnerable and don't suffer from decay.
Player made Railway Tracks can be connected to them. Their visuals is slightly different.
They appear as black lines on the map for both factions.
