The Gun Nest is a defensive building an upgraded version of the Manned Foxhole and shares the same mechanics. The upgrade costs 100 Basic Materials.
It has a higher fire rate than the Foxhole and includes the ability to throw Frag Grenades at enemies within 20m.
Like all Defenses, the Gun Nest has to be in proximity to a Static Base (150m) or Forward Base (80m) with the AI upgrade activated in order to automatically attack enemies.
Firing range: Daytime - 26m; Nightime - 22m.
