The Dock is an uncommon world structure found on coastlines where ships can dock.
Construction
It cannot be built. It is found in the world, currently only in Westgate and Endless Shore, where they can be found at Wyattwick and Wellchurch. It has no icon on the map.
Reconstruction
A destroyed Dock can be rebuilt with a Hammer and 200 Basic Materials.
Use
Docking
Like the Shipyard, all ships except Motorboats can dock there but it cannot be used to build new ships. Drivers can exit their ship and land on the wooden pier. Barges can lower their ramp on the concrete pad if the dock isn't destroyed.
If a Dock is destroyed any ship docked there will also be destroyed. Any vehicle parked on the wooden pier or concrete pad is also destroyed.
Trivia
- Numerous could be found in the regions of Fisherman's Row and The Oarbreaker Isles prior to their removal.
