The Great March is a southern Region featuring large rolling hills, farm fields, and multiple approaches into towns.
Update History
- 0.12 - Great March was added into the game as a Skirmish map.
- 0.20 Foundation of War - Safehouses were introduced to the game and placed through out the map.
- 0.23 - Introduced major terrain changes to the map.
- Underwent the transition from Skirmish map to a World Conquest map, as well as added new territory to the northern part of the map.
- 0.26 War Machine - Made multiple changes to the map.
- Altered the arrangement of the map to fit within a hexagonal boundary.
- Removed certain locations in the southern section of the map.
- 0.29 - Border Forts has been removed and been repurposed as Zone Bases.
- 0.47 - map topography was updated to allow for bunker construction.
- 1.50 Inferno - Preplaced Railway Tracks and Train Bridges were introduced to the game, with a permanent Railway Track and Train Bridge placed on the map.
- 1.52 - introduced minor changes to the map.
- Wooden Drawbridges were removed from the game, with the drawbridges in the map removed as well. The one near Jackboot Creek was removed.
- Rocket Launch Sites were disabled. Their map icon will not appear, nor can they be rebuilt.
- 1.54 Naval Warfare - Rocket Launch Sites have been removed from the map, and Observation Towers in non-coastal/island regions were removed.

Child - to remember a time before war—before me.
F - And before I was born, and my father, and his father before him.
C - How do we know there was a time like that.
F - We trust our fathers and our mothers. We know that, a long time ago, there was a time of peace. Here in the old Swan, we’ve always brought sunflowers to the Fengari Church. Your grandad said it was so we could surround the darkness with light. To hold onto hope for a future. That way, the light can never to be snuffed out.
The transcript continues, but you feel you’ve intruded enough.

I’m doing my best to make sense of the situation. It’s not like Wardens to peek south of their blasted wall. It seems we’ve rattled the wasp’s nest and they’ve seen fit to sting us for it. Tell the Legate we believe they intend to vie for control of the March to open up a southern checkpoint.
We can’t afford them a foothold this far south and must secure the road ourselves. Get reinforcements up here so we can drive out these coat-tailed whoresons.
