Home Spawn Points are Bases where players can respawn if they've set their spawn there. Unlike Forward Spawn Points, players can deploy to Home Spawn Points from Home Region (if the base's Garrison Size isn't zero). They can also build Cranes and Construction Vehicles next to it.
The Garrison Size and Garrison Activity of those bases can be checked by putting your cursor on them on the map.
