An old war artillery shell that failed to detonate. Etchings on the side indicate a powerful payload and should be handled carefully.
In-game description

Unexploded Ordnance (also known as an UXO) is a faction-neutral explosive charge used to destroy structures, primarily Abandoned Armoury Doors. They cannot be produced, and instead occasionally drop when digging Trenches.

Tactics

While Unexploded Ordnance can be used for frontline combat, their primary purpose is to open Abandoned Armouries, which have doors that must be blown up in order to access the equipment contained within them. It is of great importance to use them on the doors as soon as possible in order to get first access to one of the Armouries found around the maps.

Due to Unexploded Ordnance having the same characteristics as the Alligator Charge, they must be planted right next to the target in order for them to be used effectively.

Trivia

  • Unexploded Ordnance were removed from the game
    • This, along with other changes, were made to better improve Relic War content
  • Despite its name, the item will not prematurely detonate if handled incorrectly (i.e. dropped it on the ground)
