The Sinister Soulstone is a Dead Harvest item used to turn players into Balor Spawn. This type of zombie is slow, but has a massive amount of health and a powerful short range secondary attack. During the night their speed increases a little, while their health and damage increases massively. They are the rarest type of zombie due the cost required for their production.
The Sinister Soulstone can be used in two ways. The first way is active, and requires the player to equip the stone in their 3rd slot, before selecting that slot and using it. This will immediately transform the player into a Cursed, no matter where they are. It will also reset their health to full. The second way is to have the Sinister Soulstone in their inventory when they die, which will turn them into a Cursed upon death. This will also reset the player's health to full.
