True it does not mention it, but if you know which patch it got removed, feel free to edit the wiki yourself to correct it. Or ask the devs. I remember back then I directly asked the Community Manager on 25th September 2019: "Are supply caches and strong materials now removed from the game or not?" and he answered "yeah removed". Since the update 0.29 was the latest that time (September 17th) I assumed that it had to be removed with that last update.
