Operation is a communication tool that allows players to form groups around objectives. It has a dedicated voice and text chat channel with a player list on the HUD, that even works across regions. You can Right click on a name in the player list to bring up a context menu to mute players.

Creation
Can be created by opening your map and clicking on the "Create Operation" button below.
The window will pop up and you'll need to set a marker on the map by pressing the "Location" button, before you can press ok.
Voice Engine
Vivox] is the main engine used for voice chat (more details on this website http://vivox.com/)
Push G (default) to talk to your Operation group.
