This informational template is used to inform users of how up-to-date an article is.

This template requires Template:Current version to be changed every time a new update releases. For more info, contact User:Bladerikwr.

Usage

{{Version|Update number|Optional note}}

Remember that update numbers start with 0.##! The number is linked to its corresponding update page.

Use Timeless for the parameter if an article does not contain time-sensitive content. Like so: {{Version|Timeless}}

The default value is unspecified if no parameter is specified.

Articles up-to-date get added to Category:Up to date articles.

Articles not up-to-date get added to Category:Potentially outdated.

Devbranch articles get added to Category:Devbranch articles.

Examples

{{Version|1.56}} produces:

This article is considered accurate for the current version (1.56) of the game.

{{Version|1.56|Fuel consumption needs work.}} produces:

This article is considered accurate for the current version (1.56) of the game.
NOTE: Fuel consumption needs work.

{{Version|0.18}} produces:

This article could contain outdated information that is inaccurate for the current version (1.56) of the game. It was last updated for 0.18.

This article is timeless and should be accurate for any version of the game.
