The E681-B Hullbreaker Mine (simply known as a Hullbreaker Mine) is a Sea Mine designed to obstruct the movement of smaller Naval ships.
Description
The E681-B Hullbreaker Mine can be dropped from a A51 Venti “Daedalus” Aircraft onto vehicle targets to damage them directly or onto water to become a single mine on the water's surface.
It can also be used as material to build E681-B Hullbreaker Minefields.
When part of a minefield, it detonates upon contact with Motorboats, Ships, and Large Ships but not amphibious vehicles.
When alone, it detonates upon contact with any vehicle.
Its explosion deals 650 Armour Piercing damage in a 7.5m radius. It cannot create leaks in Large Ships.

It can be picked up from the ground with 
and dropped on the ground with (or 
+ if another "V" interaction is available). It can be submitted to a structure/vehicle's stockpile or inventory with or by clicking the Submit Large Item 
button in their interface. It can be retrieved from a Material Pallet, Rooster - Tumblebox, or Storage Room by pressing without having to open their interface. It is automatically dropped if the player draws a weapon or equipment.

Individual E681-B Hullbreaker Mine in personal orders can be retrieved as reservable crates from a logistics vehicle with 
> Retrieve as Crates (5 per crate).
Storage
It does not stack in inventories (1 per slot) except in ammo slots dedicated to it in certain vehicle or structure inventories (varying stack sizes).
It can be stored in stockpiles of Bases (32k max) but also in Material Pallets (60), Rooster - Tumblebox Trailer (20), Material Transfer Stations (1000), Small Flatbed Car (50) or Storage Rooms (100).
Crates of E681-B Hullbreaker Mine can be directly submitted to any item stockpile that accepts that item to transfer their content. The crates can also be stored in the crate stockpiles of Storage Depot/Seaport/Aircraft Depot (1000 public, 100 per Reserve Stockpile), Shipping Containers (60), or Storage Ships (1000).
It can be transported by almost any vehicle with inventory slots, but is most commonly transported by Trucks, Small Flatbed Car, or shipping vehicles carrying Material Pallets. It can also be transported as crates, either delivering them to a Base's stockpile with a Truck or to a crate stockpile with shipping vehicles carrying Shipping Containers.
