The term, Cmats, can refer to one of two types of facility materials:

• Concrete Materials - a large material primarily used to create Tier 3 structures (primarily bunkers and certain defenses).
• Construction Materials - a type of facility material that is used in the facility supply flow.
  • NOTE: While the slang, cmats is used for this material, it has another slang for it, which is con mats.
