The Cloudrunner's Vesture is a Warden Paratrooper Uniform.
Description
It has 25% encumbrance reduction for kinetic weapons which matches the bonus of the most common Warden infantry uniform Infantry Battledress 
but has only 5 inventory slots. It stacks all kinetic ammunition up to 2. Unlike Infantry Battledress this encompasses 12.7mm 
and 14.5mm 
.
