The BMS Roadhouse (also known as a Caboose) is a train car designed to repair and reset the Decay of Railway Tracks.
The BMS Roadhouse holds four passengers:
The BMS Roadhouse is not equipped with a main armament.
It has 1 inventory slot, and a Stockpile that can only hold Maintenance Supplies or Construction Materials (holds up to 1000).
The BMS Roadhouse has 1500 HP. It has "Light Armor" resistance: it can soak small arms fire and shrapnel, and it is immune to Flamethrowers. It can soak 12.7mm machine gun fire but not for long. Heavy explosives and anti-tank weaponry are an extremely dangerous threat to it.
It takes 100 Basic Materials to fully repair it from 1% to 100% health with a Hammer.

The BMS Black Bolt must be fully researched in the Vehicle Tech Tree in order to be produced.
The BMS Roadhouse cannot be stored in a Storage Depot, Seaport or Storage Ship.
It can be packaged into an extra large Shippable and transported by a Large Crane, otherwise it must be moved on Railway Tracks.
The BMS Roadhouse is vital for railway track maintenance, as it is the best way of maintaining large quantities of tracks with minimum effort. The efficiency of the Caboose largely depends on how much the railway tracks are being used, as they rely on consistent usage in order to prevent them from being completely decaying.
In terms of decay duration, railway tracks have a "Grace Period" (i.e. the time between initial construction, and when decay begins to take effect) of 48 hours, or 2 days, while it takes 32 hours, or 2 days and 8 hours in order for a railway track to fully decay. Knowing these timers allows players to plan around these decay mechanics and include the Caboose to do track maintenance.
When crouched, a soldier can pass under the caboose balconies which can help get across a long train blocking your way.
